After creating the new brand identity for aspex we were asked to plan and impliment the design & development of the gallery’s new website. Working with the talented team at Elmysterioso, we went through a process of planning user-experience, mapping out infromation architecture, construction of interactive wireframes and testing user journeys before we proceeded to design & develop the new, fully browser-responsive website.
The gallery’s tag line is ‘aspex is more than a gallery, it’s a space for questions – creating conversations and cultivating connections’. So when discussing the project they wanted a facility to allow them to interact with visitors. So we came up with the the idea of section Q, where a question can be posed and users invited to respond online.
In short, the result is a rich platform for the gallery to promote it’s busy calender of talks, exhibtions and events and most importantly communicate and encourage discource with its visitors.
